Italian Salad Dressing

2/3 C olive oil 1/4 C apple cider vinegar (with the mother, Eden brand is good) or red wine vinegar ¼ t paprika 1 t Dijon mustard or ¼ t dry mustard ½ t dried oregano or thyme 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp honey Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all of the ingredients together. Use an emulsion blender to emulsify the dressing and it won’t separate.
